Paperwork. It is something that is necessary in a medical practice, but an unwelcome task to perform each time you go into an office. And why do patients really have to fill out the same basic information over and over again?
We have recently had a re-design of our OMS office forms, updating our look but also focusing on the experience of patients coming in to fill out those forms. We went over the process of a new patient experience, looking at each form that is required, and how we could possible make this experience more pleasant and streamlined. We hope that this improves our patients’ experience with our practice. From the office paperwork, to the time in the dental chair, to monitoring recovery, our goal is to make it a positive experience. Watch for new OMS forms online, coming in March.
